- Plot selection, soil preparation and planting.
- Fertilisation and crop cultivation.
- Prevention and control of pests and diseases of organic MAPs.
- Collection, harvest, transport and drying.
- Mechanisation and transformation of pam’s.
- Cultivation of MAPs for the use of seeds: anise, dill, coriander.
- Cultivation of MAPs for the use of flowers or flowering tops: chamomile, calendula, oregano, hops, St. John’s wort.
- Cultivation of MAPs for the use of roots, rhizomes and tubers: valerian, licorice, echinacea.
- Cultivation of MAPs for the use of the whole plant: lavender, spike lavender, lavandin, mint, lemon balm, stevia.
- Cultivation of MAPs for the use of leaves: rosemary, thyme, sage, marigold, basil, absinth.
- Wild collection of MAPs: rosemary, thyme, rosehip, nettle, juniper, licorice.
